Each Citizens Advice in Oxfordshire is an independent charity. As charities, we have to raise funds ourselves in order to keep supporting the thousands of people who need our services. We do this by applying for grants or tendering to deliver local services however, we rely on donations to be able to meet the needs of everyone who walks through our door or calls us on the phone.
Your donation can change someone’s life for the better.
Citizens Advice North Oxfordshire and South Northants, a registered charity with charity number 1079719, is collecting donations for itself and on behalf of the following registered charities operating in Oxfordshire: Citizens Advice Oxford; Citizens Advice Oxfordshire South & Vale; Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire. The donations will be distributed equally between the 4 charities.
There is a thin line between coping and catastrophe
Anyone can find themselves in difficulty. Losing your job, becoming ill, relationship problems, losing your home, confusing benefit systems and unmanageable bills. Sometimes something as minor as changing energy supplier or getting a parking ticket might be that one event that takes a person from financial security to spiralling debt. Citizens Advice can help.
Our service is available to anyone who needs it
Anyone can use our service at any time. Last year, Citizens Advice helped 24,500 people in Oxfordshire to overcome problems related to debt, benefits, employment, housing and a number of other issues. We also enabled them to be better prepared going forward.
